EMAIL MARKETING
How email marketing to schools works
Explore how we plan, create and deliver email marketing to schools for education suppliers.
Step 1: Tell us your campaign goals
To get started, you’ll be able to book a free consultation call with one of our education marketing experts. On the call, you’ll be able to tell us about your product or service and the teachers and schools you’re looking to connect with. We’ll share expert advice on how to optimise your education mailing list, provide education sector insights and answer any questions you may have about how email marketing to schools works.

Step 2: We’ll create your campaign
If you choose our creative services, you’ll work closely with our copywriters and designers throughout your email campaign. Your copywriter will listen attentively to your campaign goals and map out a lead-generating structure before crafting your copy. Your digital designer will then work with you to create an eye-catching, mobile-optimised campaign that encapsulates your brand and encourages teachers to click. If supplying your own content, you’ll need to send this to us as a HTML file. Once you’ve approved your campaign, we’ll set up your email in our email sending platform and run rigorous tests to ensure your email delivers successfully.

Step 3: We’ll send your campaign out
Your email campaign will be scheduled to send to your bespoke education audience on your agreed campaign date. Once your campaign has been sent, we’ll monitor your campaign performance and forward you any responses from teachers who reply directly to your campaign. You’ll be able to immediately action any enquiries you receive from schools. (We recommend responding as soon as you can to maximise your lead-generation.)

Step 4: Explore your campaign report
You’ll receive your campaign analytics report 7 days after your campaign has been sent. This will include a clear overview of your campaign performance including your open rate, click-per-open rate, and a breakdown of the links teachers clicked in your campaign. If you have Opportunity Leads included in your plan (a database of any teachers who open or click your campaigns) we’ll send you these warm leads with your report. With this data, you’ll be able to send timely follow-ups to continue building momentum and maximise your education conversion rate.

What happens after the campaign?
Once your email marketing campaign is complete, we’ll arrange a follow-up call with you to run through your campaign performance, understand what your results mean for you, ask about your experience and gather any feedback on your email marketing journey so far. You’ll be able to ask any questions about your next marketing steps to continue growing your network of schools and generating qualified leads. If your campaign is part of a series, you’ll be able to arrange a call with your campaign copywriter to start planning your next email.
